Your Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Conduct candidate research through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for client roles.
Assist in coordinating interviews and maintaining strong communication with candidates and clients.
Support senior recruiters in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Help manage the recruitment database and ensure accurate record-keeping.

What You Bring:

Strong interest in recruitment and a passion for working with people.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in both English and German is an advantage.
