Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Conduct candidate research through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for client roles.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and maintaining strong communication with candidates and clients.
  • Support senior recruiters in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Help manage the recruitment database and ensure accurate record-keeping.

What You Bring:

  • Strong interest in recruitment and a passion for working with people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both English and German is an advantage.
