Your Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and interviewing to placing candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and job market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Collaborate with our team to optimize recruiting processes and enhance overall service delivery.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
A proactive mindset with a passion for finding the best talent.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Fluency in both English and German is highly desirable.
