DieDev Consulting, a leading recruiting agency based in Berlin, is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. If you are passionate about visual storytelling and have the ability to create compelling videos that engage and inspire, we would love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for a variety of projects, including recruitment videos, company promotions, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to produce video content that aligns with our brand and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new video technologies to continuously improve the quality of content.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in video production, including shooting and editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and lighting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering high-quality content.
  • Fluency in both English and German is a plus.
